The celebrations for the 1700th anniversary of Jewish life in Germany will kick off on Sunday, February 21, 2021. In the following week, numerous events will be held in Hamburg to mark the anniversary. Geschichtomat will be among them. In cooperation with the Gedenk- und Bildungsstätte Israelitische Töchterschule, there will be the project days #WasisteigentlichPurim. Together with students, the Purim celebration will be explored and Hamantaschn, the traditional cookies, will be baked.
