JewDacta took place for the first time at the beginning of October. Organised by the Moses Mendelssohn Centre, the conference was modelled on the long-established ‘Didacta’. Experts from the fields of school and out-of-school education came together to engage in dialogue. The aim was to discuss the current state of affairs regarding Jewish topics in history teaching and to encourage exchange. Geschichtomat was also in attendance and introduced itself.
