The former Jewish Religious Exhibition at Altona Museum

Description:

From 1914 to 1933, there was a so-called Jewish cult room in the Altona Museum, where a completely furnished synagogue was recreated and made accessible to the public. We interviewed Dr. Vanessa Hirsch, who works as a research assistant at the museum, and found out why the cult room was set up, why it no longer exists today and what happened to all the objects.
