In this video we explain who Flora and Max Blumenthal were. They had four sons. In the 1930s, three of the sons emigrated to the United States and the fourth to Calgary, Canada. One son invited his parents to join him in the U.S. to seek safety from the Nazis. But Flora Blumenthal did not feel comfortable there and asked her husband to return to Germany with her. This was their end.
